Jan Salisbury MS MCC is the president of Salisbury Consulting and a founding partner in Leaders Who Coach LLC. She is a Master Coach with ICF and mentors other coaches for ICF certification. She is also a Vistage Chair of a Vistage Peer Advisory Board in the Treasure Valley. For over 30 years, Jan Salisbury, MS MCC, has served leaders and organizations to create cultures in which everyone flourishes. As an executive coach, Vistage Chair and consultant, Jan Salisbury partners with her clients to stretch themselves and build their business. The foundation of her coaching is based on four pillars: trust in the client’s resources and ability to grow; challenging clients through deep listening and questions; identifying strengths that enable achieving goals; celebrating wins and progress. Her core competencies include facilitating accountable teams that operate from a shared fate, building growth mindset cultures, emotional intelligence, intercultural competency, and leading change. She is the co-founder of Leaders Who Coach, a program that develops leaders to be coaches in their roles as they empower develop others. Over 800 leaders and 80 organizations have learned to coach using an ICF model created for leaders. Her 2022 book: Leaders Who Coach: The Roadmap to Unleashing Team Genius is based on over a decade of facilitating leaders to coach and their stories. She was co-founder and past president of the ICF High Country Chapter.
