Jan is the co-founder of Leaders Who Coach and the Professional Coaching Association of Idaho. She has 30 years experience as a business owner of Salisbury Consulting. She is the Chairman of a Vistage Small Business Peer Advisory Board, serving CEOs and owners who want to make the best decisions for their businesses and lead fulfilling lives.
