It seems to be universal trait of good coaches that we are curious – about everything! Past meetings show a strong thread of curiosity around each other – What exactly we do? How did we prepare to be a coach? if we chose a training program, how did we choose? Were there any downsides? Was it expensive? How much time did it take (or is it taking) ?
Come prepared with a three minute overview of your own path to coaching. This is similar to our “Coaching Potluck” last fall to which we had such a positive response. Begin the new year sharing with colleagues on a topic of interest to everyone!
