There are so many aspects to building a practice; it is easy to miss some of the essential details. This month we have the opportunity to get some insight into the practical aspects of the business. This month we will be joined by Business Attorney Mary K Denton. She will help answer our questions on, contracts, legal entity, and other pressing matters, that affect us and our businesses.
Mary K Denton has been practicing law since 1982. She has extensive experience working with businesses to resolve legal issues in a way that focuses on business goals and the bottom line. A Minnesota native, Ms. Denton moved with her family to Arizona and graduated from Arizona State Law School. Ms. Denton moved with her family to Idaho in 1995.
She practiced initially with the law firm of Penland, Munther and Boardman and then opened her firm, Business Legal Consulting,Pllc.
