ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Genny Heikka, MBA, is an author, speaker and passionate coach to women and organizations. She’s been helping people reach their full potential for over 17 years and has served in a variety of leadership roles within corporate, non-profit and ministry organizations.

As the Founder and CEO of HerTeamSuccess, she coaches women and teams through the process of strengthening their brand, finding their purpose, and overcoming things that hold them back. She also works with a variety of companies on branding and applies her experience in marketing, leadership, and communications to help her clients excel and grow. She’s a co-founder of LIFT: Live Inspired, Fearless, Thriving, which hosts events and workshops that help women gather in community and thrive.

Genny began her career at Hewlett-Packard then stepped into her dream of becoming an author, writing several books. She’s served as the Director of Communications for an international non-profit that fights human trafficking and taught business courses as Adjunct Faculty, where she loved working with students and emerging leaders.

A vetted member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) High Country Chapter, Genny has appeared on radio and TV and has been published in multiple publications. She and her husband Mike have two grown children and live in beautiful Boise, Idaho, where they love spending time outdoors and being involved in their Treasure Valley community.

Jan C. Bouch , Psy.D, PCC, MCCT, CEC, mBIT Coach, Conversational Intelligence Certified Coach, is the owner and executive leader of the Justice Coaching Center, LLC. The title of Marshall Goldsmith’s book What Got You Here Won’t Get You There nicely sums up Jan’s viewpoint about coaching. Leaders spend years convincing themselves and others that this is their destiny, their chosen career, the end of years of education and hard work. The reality often lands executives in a place of loneliness, isolation, and confusion about the complexities and nuances faced in today’s world.

Jan believes that working with professional colleagues in a confidential and supportive relationship can enhance all aspects of an executive/leader’s experience ranging from better decision making and options to improved communication styles and relationships among and with peers and subordinates. It is rare indeed that one individual can bring everything he/she needs to lead a complicated and often highly politicized environment. Coaching is the opportunity to reflect, examine, review, and readjust.

Jan is a former administrator with over 30 years of experience leading, coaching, and educating. She has worked with directors in court systems (nationally and internationally), and private and not-for-profit entities across the country. Jan has proven her ability to refocus and change the performance outcomes of clients who were at risk in their organizations.

Jan decided to get her doctorate in Organizational Psychology after realizing that her master’s education in the late 1980s did not provide her the skills necessary to navigate today’s complex and challenging organizations. It was through this program that she received her certification as an executive coach. She furthered her coaching education through the Center for Executive Coaching. Jan is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through ICF. Dr. Bouch recently obtained certification as a professional mBIT coach (multiple brain integration techniques), an emerging science about the interplay among the heart, gut, and the brain. She is currently enrolled in the Conversational Intelligence Certification program. She authored a coaching article for the International Journal of Coaching for Organizations (IJCO) and co-authored the article Coaching Better Justice.

Kirsten Holmberg is a Public Speaking Trainer and Coach, helping clients acquire and master the communication skills needed to share their expertise and lead their teams in a way that's clear, compelling, and confident. She’s the owner of the Idaho Speakers Bureau, the speaker coach for TEDxBoise, and has nearly 20 years of speaking experience. Her client list includes Fortune 50 companies like Google, Oracle, and HP Inc.
