People are seeking coaches that are effective, consistent and trustworthy. To ensure clients expectations are met, we as coaches need to be committed to continuously learning the nuances of and how to appropriately apply the ICF Coaching Competencies. It only takes one rogue coach to deviate from the standards to negatively impact the entire field of coaching. This is too important of a modality to let that happen. We invite you to join us in exploring the first ICF Coaching Competency-Ethics to ensure this practice, you and your people are protected.

• Learn the ethical standards set by ICF and how they play out in real life so you can ensure you are aligning your actions with the coaching guidelines.
• Identify dilemmas that could happen or are on the verge of occurring and uncover ways to ensure they don’t turn into violations.
• Determine pre and post action plans for dealing with issues that could arise with clients before they happen so they can be effectively and efficiently resolved.

Jennie Antolak, is co-founder and President of Learning Journeys, a coaching certification institute committed to protecting the standards, ethics, and credibility of coaching throughout the world. Jennie co-developed and teaches the Practitioner (ACTP approved), Mastery, and Narrative Coaching certifications. When she is not teaching or coaching, Jennie often spends her time developing innovative tools and materials to ensure coaches have access to relevant and reliable resources. On rare occasions you can catch her outside of her office either hanging out with family or friends trying to enjoy the simple and most precious parts of life.

Jennie holds a B.A. in Communications, M.A. in Organizational Leadership and is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coach Federation.
