Program Details

The purpose of this inaugural cohort group is to hone and practice coaching competencies and get feedback from other coaches. We will coach each other and provide feedback based on the ICF core competencies.

This program is not eligible for CCEUs.

Rules of Engagement

1. This program is for MEMBERS ONLY.
2. This cohort allows for up to 6 attendees.
3. This cohort is a platform to fine tune coaching skills by sharing insights.
4. This cohort is focused on participating in coaching activities intended to enhance coaching skills. 

About Our Facilitator

Jennifer Kumar brings experience and expertise in negotiating contracts and working with over 40 companies in India since 2011.  After personally interacting with about 3,500 professionals, she has a current understanding of virtual teams and practical approaches to take in resolving common cross-cultural misunderstandings on a day-to-day basis on project teams.

Jennifer earned the Advanced Life Coach Certification and Life and Career Coach Certification from Life Purpose Institute as well as a Master's degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
