Join us for our exciting June Event - Building on Character Strengths in Coaching, facilitated by Jan Salisbury, MCC.

Building on a client's strengths is a cornerstone of our profession--believing that our clients are resourceful, capable and courageous in forging the path forward. In our June event, we'll explore the diverse ways we can identify strengths, and take a deep dive into the VIA (Values in Action), a character strength assessment.

Each program attendee can access the assessment for free here and receive a short report (or buy a more in-depth report). Together we will use the VIA to unpack our own strengths to benefit our coaching and clients. (Please complete the assessment and bring your report with you to the event).

Jan Salisbury is a MCC ICF executive coach, working with CEO's, teams and leaders. She is a co-founder of Leaders Who Coach and a Vistage Chair for a CEO Advisory Group and a Key Executive Group. She uses valid and reliable assessments in her coaching and is particularly fond of the VIA and its application across the globe.
