As a certified workplace mediator and conflict coach, Trista works with leaders to address disagreements, shift mindsets, and build skills for more constructive conversations. Tanner Wortham, PCC is an executive coach who helps leaders think more clearly, make better decisions, and build teams that actually deliver.
