Transparency & Governance
We’re committed to clear, simple stewardship of our chapter—here’s how we share key information.

1
Annual IRS Filings
As a 501(c)(6) professional association, we submit an annual IRS information return at the close of our fiscal year (June 1–May 31).
2
Financial Reporting
The Board reviews chapter financials at regular Board meetings. Each year, we submit our Annual Financial Report to ICF Global by July 31.
