Dynamic Coaching: Bridging Agile Coaching with Professional Coaching
This engaging workshop by Kerri Sutey introduces students to the integration of Agile coaching stances with professional coaching competencies. Participants will explore powerful models like the Johari Window and Drexler-Sibbet Team Performance to enhance self-awareness, team dynamics, and ethical decision-making in coaching. Through interactive activities and reflective practices, students will learn skills to effectively coach individuals and teams, preparing them to lead confidently and adaptively in diverse environments.
