About the Event
🎫 Event Description
Join Kathryn Cecil, ICF High Country Membership Chair, mentor coach, and trained assessor of the ICF PCC Markers, for an interactive exploration of what the PCC Markers reveal about strong, client-centered coaching.
Whether you are preparing for a credential, mentoring other coaches, or simply wanting to sharpen your coaching presence and skill, this session will help demystify the PCC Markers and connect them to real coaching practice. Kathryn will guide participants through key themes within the markers, including how assessors listen for coaching mindset, partnership, presence, evoking awareness, and client-led growth.
Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how the PCC Markers support the development of coaching mastery — not as a rigid checklist, but as a practical lens for deepening the quality, impact, and integrity of their coaching conversations.
🔑 Key Learning Outcomes
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Describe the purpose and structure of the ICF PCC Markers and how they are used to assess coaching competency at the PCC level.
Identify key coaching behaviors reflected in the PCC Markers, including partnership, presence, active listening, and evoking awareness.
Apply the PCC Markers as a reflective development tool to strengthen their own coaching practice and deepen alignment with the ICF Core Competencies.
📕 Continuing Coaching Credit Units (CCEUs)
Attendance earns you TBD CCEUs. Once ICF Global notifies us of the number, we will update the website.
