About the Event
🎫 Event Description
AI is changing the coaching landscape—but knowing where to start and how to use it well can feel overwhelming.
In this highly practical session, Tim Harrison, ACC, will help coaches move beyond experimenting with individual AI tools and begin thinking more strategically about how AI can support their work. Drawing on his experience partnering with hundreds of coaches and organizations, Tim will share proven approaches for identifying high-value opportunities to integrate AI into a coaching practice—without sacrificing authenticity, trust, or the human connection at the heart of coaching.
You’ll explore Tim’s Do Good DEEDS framework, a repeatable approach for identifying, testing, and scaling meaningful AI use cases. Through real-world examples and a live demonstration, you’ll see how AI can help address common challenges across administrative work, business development and marketing, and client onboarding and communication.
Just as importantly, Tim will dedicate time to the responsible use of AI in coaching, including the ethical considerations coaches need to navigate when AI intersects with client information, communication, privacy, confidentiality, and the coach-client relationship.
Whether you’re already experimenting with AI or wondering where it fits in your practice, you’ll leave with greater clarity, confidence, and practical ideas you can begin applying right away.
