President’s Message
February is a month for impact.
The energy of the new year is still with us, and it’s often the moment when intention turns into action. As I look ahead to what we’re building together at ICF High Country in 2026, I keep coming back to one question: What kind of impact do we want to have — individually and collectively — as a coaching community?
Our chapter thrives because members step forward to co-create connection, learning, and visibility for coaching across our region. Volunteering with ICF High Country isn’t about filling roles or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about contributing in ways that align with your interests, strengths, and capacity — and helping shape a chapter that feels welcoming, relevant, and connected.
This year, there are opportunities to make an impact by strengthening relationships with local organizations, building connections within states and regions, amplifying the voice of coaching through our online presence, and helping shape special events like International Coaching Week. Every contribution matters, and all levels of involvement are welcome.
If you’re feeling curious or inspired, I invite you to explore how you might want to contribute. You can share your interest through our short volunteer form here:
Thank you for being part of this community and for all the ways you already show up.
I’m excited about what we’re creating together — and even more excited about the impact we can have as a connected chapter of coaches.
