President’s Message

As we close out the year and step into the familiar season of celebrations, reflections, and “year in review” moments, I’d like to dedicate this final newsletter to everyone in our community who has supported my time as chapter president.

Through steady acts of service, shared learning, and a great deal of grace, this community has embodied the connection, care, and resilience one would expect from a group of coaching professionals. Thank you for the ways you have supported one another and for the support you have extended to me as we navigated meaningful transitions and laid new foundations for the growth still ahead.

Our board extends heartfelt gratitude to Janese Carstens and Usha Balakrishnan, who are completing their board terms this month. Their contributions have strengthened the work of the board and the chapter in meaningful ways, and they will be deeply missed. Please join me in thanking them for their service.

With equal gratitude and confidence, I am honored to pass the presidency to our President-Elect, Kerri Sutey. She has been an invaluable partner this past year. Her vision, clarity, and commitment to our community will guide ICF High Country purposefully into its next phase, one I am excited to support in my advisory role as Past President.

Serving as your president has been a true privilege. Thank you for your trust, encouragement, and the many small moments of connection we’ve shared along the way.

Wishing you rest, warmth, and whatever version of joy you need most this season. Cheers to you.

Marianna Henry, PCC

President, ICF High Country Chapter
