President’s Message
March has a way of asking us to recalibrate. The snow begins to soften, daylight stretches just a little longer, and we feel that quiet nudge toward renewal. In our coaching practice, this season invites a similar pause — not to do more, but to become more intentional.
And at the heart of intentional coaching is integrity.
Ethics isn’t just a credential requirement. It’s the foundation of trust. It’s what allows our clients to speak honestly, reflect deeply, and grow courageously. When we strengthen our ethical awareness, we strengthen the quality of every coaching conversation.
That’s why this month’s program — Ethical Coaching: How to Use the ICF Code of Ethics in Your Coaching Practice — focuses on practical application. Together, we’ll explore how the ICF Code of Ethics shows up in real scenarios, gray areas, and everyday decisions. Not as theory. Not as compliance. But as a lived standard of excellence.
As you move through March, I invite you to reflect on this question:Where might strengthening my ethical awareness elevate the quality and impact of my coaching conversations?
You’ll also begin to see something new across our communications. ICF has completed a global rebrand that reflects a more human-centered, forward-thinking era of coaching — one grounded in connection, empowerment, and thriving. As part of this evolution, our chapter name is now officially the High Country Chapter of ICF. Same heart. Same community. A fresh expression of who we are and where we’re headed together. We’re excited to step into this new chapter with you.
Here’s to integrity. To growth. To coaching that truly makes a difference.
With appreciation,Kerri
